Our Work Progress

SABARMATHI SOCIAL SEVA SANGAM actively participates in various programmes for several target groups. Mainly it can be divided into Health programmes and Socio-economic programe. As far as Health programmes are concerned, it concentrates mainly on sex workers and Transgender with a view to create awareness among them, providing knowledge on STD/HIV/AIDS and trying to influence change in the attitude and behavior of high risk behavior of high risk behavior groups through various efforts i.e. disseminate information, condom promotion, extension of clinical services to the needy, provide counseling, referrals etc., to prevent and control STD/HIV/AIDS. It also provides community based care and support to people living with HIV/AIDS and children affected by AIDS. Apart from this, SABARMATHI SOCIAL SEVA SANGAM also educate the rural mass on disorders related to sexual behaviors through proper information to prevent and control the spread of STD/HIV/AIDS.

Skill Development

We Design and implement Community Based Rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy, communication and language development, daily living and sports skills etc to the special groups (Children with Special Needs–CWSNs) with the support of CDF and other resource organizations;

Awareness Programs

Sabarmathi Social Seva Sangam organized human rights progrmme in Tirupur District,on 24.9.16, about 200 participants Attend the programme , organization invited constitutional experts, state human rights commission resource persons, advocated, and activists engaged in human rights.

Medical Camps

The main objectives of the rural health programme is to raise awareness of women’s and children’s health requirements, to control preventable diseases including sexually transmitted one’s combat ill formed practices, and to promote smaller and healthier families & Our society exclusive rural medical camps

Cleanliness Programs

Sabarmathi Social Seva Sangam was conducted medicinal Plantation programme in Udumalpet, Tirupur district.Approximately 90 small and marginal Farmers within 21 to 55 age group were participated in the above training programme
